The chain or bar on the Aframe posses great injury risk to dogs as they travel underneath it. The Aframe protector keeps the dog's head ducked underneath the chain and has added cushioning that a regular tunnel does not.
Use of the Aframe protector is strongly advised when setting the channel underneath it.
Easy to install, the Aframe protector sits on the chain or bar with a PVC Saddle Tee and is secured into place with a wrap around system of polyvinyl and Pool Noodle padding.
Because Aframes are made by various manufacturers, the Aframe protector comes with various lengths to secure the Saddle Tee into the frame of the protector to find the perfect fit.
Height of the Aframe is easily adjusted by simply unfolding the wrapped fabric around the chain or bar and moving the protector to the desired location. The Aframe protector is purposely made shorter than the length of the entire chain or bar to allow for adjustments of the height of the Aframe.
